To find out how some of these placed candidates are getting on, we went to visit Leicestershire facility. We met up with Dave, who started at FP Mccann 3 months ago as a concrete operative.
After just 2 months of work, Dave was given the opportunity to become a team leader. It was initially just for the duration of 1 project, however, due to his hardworking attitude and proven success in the role, he was offered to stay on as team leader.
Dave enjoys working at FP Mccann, saying
"It's got quite a nice family atmosphere, everyone seems to get on. I would recommend working at FP Mccann & have done."
We spoke about his quick promotion and he wanted to give his advice to anyone looking to move up the ranks like him.
"Get your head down, get into it, get the work done. Basically, that's what I do. As long as you turn up, do your job they do notice your hard work”
Dave also has lots to say about using Precision People and how we compare to other Engineering Recruitment Consultants, he has worked with in the past.
"Precision has been one of the best recruitment agencies I have worked for. Sam's always been on the phone if I have needed him. There's never been a problem with my wages. Anything that I have needed to be sorted has been sorted immediately. I've got absolutely no problems with the service received from Precision - at all."
