Stuart Amies

I began my Recruitment career focusing on the Education Sector, where I developed my skills in Quality candidates and rigorous compliance as well as building long-term relationships with Candidates and clients alike.  After 8 years in this sector and rising up to the level of Branch Manager, I then moved to open my own Recruitment Branch focusing on Logistics, Industrial, and the Commercial Sector in Bedfordshire; where quality candidates became accompanied by large quantities of staff for clients.  I then worked briefly in the Finance Sector working closely with key decision-makers and further enhancing my Executive search and recruitment abilities.  Now specialising in the Engineering sector where all these key recruitment specialisms I have gained over a decade of employment will come together to help candidates and clients with their needs.

Outside of the world of Recruitment I am a Qualified Personal Trainer and am frequently undertaking various courses for professional and personal learning and development across a wide variety of subjects from financial management, languages, and marketing.

Coming to Precision I am keen to use my high-quality recruitment consultancy skills and understanding across different sectors to support the continued growth and development of the company and its clients.
