My Client is a growing business based in Leicester who specialise in the Industrial electrical industry, they design, build, maintain and install electrical controls and electrical systems and complete systems for varying industries, the success of the business has meant they are being asked to complete larger and larger projects and as such are looking to set up an installation team. This is an exciting time for a driven and ambitious Skilled Electrical Engineer to join a team and be instrumental in its undoubted success

THE ROLE OF Lead Electrician

• Lead all electrical installation projects for the business
  
  
• Ensure all works are completed within the timeframe and are fully compliant
  
  
• Interpreting project specifications to create BOM lists and source appropriate materials
  
  
• Able to provide accurate estimates and quotes for works according the pricing plan
  
  
• Have confidence to manage and build a team or electricians both directly employed and sub - contractors
  
  
• Be a client facing and work with the client throughout the entirety of the projects
  
  
• Responsible for Health and Safety of your team
  
  
  
  

THE RIGHT Lead Electrician  

 

• A proven track record as an Industrial electrician or Electrical Projects role
  
  
• Someone with ambition and the drive to build and grow a team
  
  
• Be qualified to a high level, ECS Gold Card, Inspection and Testing, AM2, NICEIC
  
  
• Have the flexibility to work at varying locations
  
  
• Will be organised and calm under pressure
  
  
• Premium written and verbal communication skills
