CNC Operative

Permanent role based in Leicester commutable from Queniborough, Syston, Thurmaston, East Goscote and surrounding areas.

Our client is looking for an experienced CNC Operator with the ability to read engineering drawings. 

Hours of work

• Working a day shift Monday to Thursday 39 hours per week on 
• either a Day shift or Night shift 
• Overtime paid at a premium

What you'll be doing

• To report to the fabrication Supervisor
• To Operate a CNC Machine 

What you'll need 

• Knowledge and experience of a CNC Turning or Milling machine 
• Previously worked with or educated on CNC Machining 
• Previous engineering environment experience 
• Previously worked with sheet metal
• is from an engineering background 
• Is able to read engineering drawings 
• Able to use micrometers, verniers and gauges
• Have the ability to work on your own initiative.
• Motivated with the drive to succeed
