Are you an experienced Sales Executive with proven outbound, cold-calling sales to B2B clientele? If yes, read on….

 

My client is within the commercial property industry, based within a commutable distance from Leicester City Centre and Melton Mowbray. They are currently looking for an experienced Salesperson to join their close-knit team to perform outbound, cold-calling sales activity to B2B clientele regarding their VAT. 

 

This role is within a unique sales environment that is unlike any other cold-calling sales role, offering sustainability and achievable aims as well as 1-1 training of the company’s services. To begin with, the Salesperson will work closely with the Senior Partner when explaining the company’s services in order to get sales over the line and learn how to handle industry-related objections. This will set the Salesperson in a comfortable and knowledgeable position to handle objections on their own once competent. Alternative job titles include Business Development Manager, BDM, Business Development Executive, Sales Consultant, Sales Representative, Sales Advisor or B2B Sales Executive. 

 

The Role - Sales Executive:

 

  • Perform outbound, cold calls to B2B clientele with the minimum, achievable aim of converting 5 clients per month, exceeding when possible
  • Be responsible for mail campaigns to prospective clientele 
  • Thoroughly understand, refine and expand data where possible regarding clientele’s VAT to be able to provide a personalised sale 

 

Minimum Skills / Experience Required - Sales Executive: 

 

  • A minimum of 2 years in outbound, cold-calling sales experience within a B2B environment 
  • Experience in dealing with objections and can give examples of how they were able to overcome them successfully 
  • Experience in making at least 200 outbound, cold calls a day on average 
  • Be resilient and driven with the desire to exceed expectations 
  • Be disciplined and confident in your sales approach

 

The Package - Sales Executive:

 

  • Hours 9-5 pm Monday-Friday
  • Auto-enrol pension scheme 
  • 20 days holiday plus traditional bank holidays
