Join our clients dynamic team and take a leading role in executing the company's marketing strategy. They are looking for a talented Marketing Executive who can support company growth by retaining and developing both existing and new customers. You'll work closely with the Sales Team to drive success across various marketing channels.
Candidates must be happy to commute to Glenfield, Leicester area.

The Role - Marketing Executive:

• Lead the execution of their marketing plan to ensure effective implementation.
• Support customer retention and growth by collaborating with the Sales Team on individual account management.
• Proactively manage and segment the CRM database (HubSpot) for targeted marketing efforts.
• Oversee the B2B event strategy and coordinate events to enhance brand visibility.
• Develop and create content and promotional materials, including photos, videos, literature, email campaigns, and PR materials.
• Promote the company’s brand both online and offline through strategic marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain a strong social media presence.
• Manage and update the company website, focusing on SEO to improve online visibility.
• Provide regular reports on marketing performance and insights.
• Research market trends and conduct competitor and customer analysis to inform marketing strategies.
• Maintain marketing support materials and ensure they are up to date.
• Undertake any additional tasks as requested by management.

Key Candidate Requirements - Marketing Executive:

• Holds B2B marketing experience.
• Holds an Industry-recognised qualification in marketing or similar.
• Experience maintaining and updating websites and managing SEO 
• Proficient in using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
• Creative with excellent writing skills.
• Self-motivated, with a flexible and proactive approach.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
• Positive attitude towards innovation and change.
• Commutable to Glenfield, Leicester on a daily basis.

Salary/Package:

• Salary up to £35k dependent on experience 
• Working Hours: Monday- Thursday 7:30am-4:45pm, Friday 7:30am-12:30pm
• Death in Service x3
• Free on-site Gym 
• Company Pension Scheme
• 29 days holiday (including bank holidays)
• Free on site parking
• Company Uniform
