Mould Maker – Timber / Joinery Background 

Location: Hinckley  - Easily commutable from Leicester, Nuneaton, Coalville, Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Barwell, Coventry
Salary: £15.00 – £16.28 per hour + Regular Overtime at Premium Rates
Type: Permanent | Full-Time (38 hours/week)

Your Working Week:

• Monday to Thursday: Choose between 06:00–16:00 or 06:30–16:30

• Optional Fridays: 06:00–12:00 — paid at enhanced overtime rates

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Creating timber moulds from engineering drawings

• Working with a variety of materials to produce bespoke moulds

• Collaborating with the shop floor manager and wider team

• Taking ownership of your work and using your initiative on diverse projects

About You:

• Hands-on experience in timber mould making or similar trade

• Joinery, shopfitting, or pattern making experience highly valued

• Confident reading technical drawings

• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

• Ideally 3+ years' experience in a workshop or site-based carpentry environment

• Own basic carpentry tools
