COULD A CAREER IN RECRUITMENT BE FOR YOU?
We seek bright, ambitious people to teach the craft of specialist recruiting, who we have trained to be a talent scout for our clients. If you are looking for easy days in a low-key environment, please do not apply for this type of industry, whilst recruitment is very rewarding both financially and in your development, it is not an easy job. With revenue exceeding £3 million, Precision is the local leader among technical and management search firms and only hire the best talent with the desire to learn, develop and succeed.
By joining Precision People, you can play an integral part in building some of the fastest, most forward-thinking companies in the technology industry, by recruiting outstanding talent for them. You will build strong relationships with their leaders, deploying leading-edge recruiting technologies in a wide variety of technical environments. You will become part of their growth strategy.
You will be in the Academy for a whole six months, unlike some of our competitors who only train new recruits for two weeks to four weeks. This gives you the best grounding in all aspects of being a high-achieving recruiter, daily support, and coaching before you graduate into the wider business.
There is typically no weekend work or travel involved in what we do. You get to spend more time with your friends & family and enjoy outside-of-work activities you may be missing now.
Job growth is growing in every sector, your timing could not be better. If you have "business to business" sales experience, you may qualify. We will teach you the rest.
The Leicester office of Precision were 2014 finalists in Leicestershire Business of the Year awards. Our account professionals are fully trained through a comprehensive learning program, based on 39 years in the recruiting industry. Furthermore, you will learn the industry from the ground up in a mentored environment by individuals who are ranked in the top percentage of our profession.
You will be provided with a defined career path that takes advantage of your strengths. Sales experience and a degree are preferred, however, no recruiting experience is necessary. Realistic first-year earnings are £26,400 to £31,300 based on the last two years' starter positions. Established recruiters average £48,850 but there is no ceiling on what you can earn.
If you're looking for something more from your employer, we should talk. With an incredibly supportive team and fantastic earning potential, there's no better place to build your career.
